Beaumont Gardens is a proposed development by Southern California's residential developer Jasmine, LLC. Located within walking distance of Downtown Beaumont and its commercial area, Beaumont Gardens objective is to provide much living space for the low to mid income sector of Beaumont's population, including a portion dedicated to non-assisted senior living.

The 280-unit, residential complex, on a 8.5 acre site will includ a clubhouse, outdoor poo/spa and tennis courts and gymnasium, as well as a full-service restaurant, which would be open to the public.

A residential remodel of a 1,500 SF two-bedroom, one bathroom, single family dwelling, to ultimately be increased to a 5 bedroom 6 bathroom,  5,200 SF residence, with outdoor living spaces and pool.
